  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Vendors are required to provide accurate business, banking, and contact information.

3. Vendor Obligations

  • Vendors must ensure that listed products are legal, accurately described, and delivered on time.

  • Vendors are responsible for handling returns, disputes, and complaints related to their orders.

  • Misleading product descriptions or violation of laws may result in account suspension.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must review product details carefully before placing an order.

  • Any fraudulent activities such as payment chargebacks without valid reason will lead to account suspension.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Subhkart charges a commission on each successful order (as mentioned in the vendor agreement).

  • Payment settlements to vendors are processed as per our payout cycle and subject to applicable deductions.

  • We use secure payment gateways; however, we are not liable for third-party payment failures.

6. Refund & Return Policy

  • Buyers and vendors must adhere to the platform’s Refund and Return Policy.

  • Disputes will be resolved based on provided evidence and our internal policies.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Selling counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items is strictly prohibited.

  • Using bots, scripts, or manipulating reviews/ratings will result in permanent ban.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, and product data (except third-party/vendor-uploaded content), is the intellectual property of Subhkart. You may not use, copy, or redistribute without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Subhkart is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from product defects, delivery delays, or third-party actions. We act as a platform and not as the seller or manufacturer of any product.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user or vendor account without prior notice for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws prevalent in India

13. Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless LimeRoad its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.
