Dispatch & Delivery Timeframe
We typically dispatch all confirmed orders within 48 to 72 hours of receiving them. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 12 working days after dispatch.
Orders are shipped using our trusted logistic partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Speed Post, and other local courier services depending on the destination.
Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing orders well in advance.
Domestic Shipping Policy (India Only)
- Shipping Availability: Orders are delivered across India only.
- Shipping Charges: Shown during checkout or shared prior to processing, if applicable.
- Free Shipping: Not applicable unless clearly mentioned during promotional offers.
- Delivery Hours: Between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
- Holiday Orders: We attempt shipping during holidays but do not guarantee it.
- Express Shipping: Available at extra cost. Free shipping does not apply to express requests.

Subhkart is not responsible for delays or damages due to unforeseen events such as natural calamities, courier errors, or incorrect address details provided by customers.
Deliveries to office addresses may be received by the security desk. Ensure to check there if applicable. In case of non-availability, courier services may reschedule or request pickup from their local office.
